Hi SL Triathletes and Happy New Year,
If you are similar to my husband Wolfgang Spaatz, you will already be planning out your year- in terms of the triathlon or other races you are entering.
Wolf has his year pretty much mapped out now and is developing his training plan accordingly.
He'll share his race dates soon, but for now, we already know he will be competing in Ironman Germany and UK.
